Testimonial

I am a 38 year old stage III breast cancer survivor, with no family history
of the disease. I am in remission for the second time without
chemotherapy. Since my diagnosis I’ve worked diligently to combine
western medicine with homeopathic medicine. Rebecca at The San
Dimas Wellness Center has guided me through and helped me make
sense of mountains of information as well as what products would be
most beneficial for me at this time.

Everything that I had read and researched said that of course there are
environmental issue, but more important than that there serious
nutritional deficiencies. Now I had read that same sentence many times
and never thought that it pertained to me, until I attended the Eat
Right for Your Blood Type class.

Prior to my diagnosis, I had been eating organic fruit and vegetables,
hormone free chicken, fish, organic milk not too much red meat. I
exchanged white bread and pasta for whole-wheat products. And I
closely monitored my sugar intake, as cancer cells love to feed on sugar.

The class taught me that although I was eating well, I was eating totally
and completely wrong for my O type blood. So the foods that I was
putting in were not serving my body in any beneficial way. Now its all
starting to make sense for me, and after taking the course I understand
now how I absolutely had a nutritional deficiency and did not even now
it. The class helped me to understand what needed to be added to my
diet as well as what had to be removed. It offers numerous dietary
options, recipes, bouncing ideas of of other participants, shopping tips
and lots of support, as this for myself and my family has become a new
way of eating and a new way of life.
